JDM and Fixies : Part DOS

So, I split this in two.
It seemed like a lot of pictures for one post. I don't like that.
SO Here's part two, the Fixies:

This post is MUCH shorter.
A pink and yellow fixie!
Because his fixie just happens to be pink/yellow.

Like pink lemonade! Mmm yummy...

My pinky has a cog on it.
Which is basically a gear. Well, it looks like one.

Yaaay, sunny picture! (:

That's all for now<3

JDM and Fixies: Part UNO

Painting nails. A girl's hobby. Generally.
But what about guys? They like cars and stuff, right?
Well, I had a special request to do my nails on JDM and fixies. Actually, there was a mention of skating and mustaches too, but I decided against those.  In case you didn't knooooow, JDM is basically car stuff. Stands for Japanese Domestic Market. I think.  And fixies are just fixed-gear bikes. Google this stuff!
So, here's my JDM and fixie mani.

First off, the JDM hand.

"JDM baby <3"

 This is the JDM badge.

Yes, that is a Honda sign thing. 'Twas requested!

Sunny pictures always make me happy!

Part 2 up next! <3

A date and a HAUL!

Hey guys! Yesterday, I had such a fun day!
I hung out at the malls near me, and wasn't really planning on buying nail polish, but it just ended up happening. It was inevitable. I did limit myself though, cos I wasn't paying for any of it with my own money. Shhh!
So I spent 5 hours, and ended up with ONLY 17 nail polishes.
ONLY.

First off, my BUTTER londons: The Black Knight, Trout Pout, and No More Waity, Katie
The red was free when I bought two! It doesn't seem to have a name.

Two Claire's magnetic polishes, which the bf picked out for me!

Next, two Icing polishes: Blue Ice and After Party

From Sephora, my $OPIs: Read My Palm, Stop Stocking Me!, and a matte top coat.

From Ulta, Layla holo polish! I only picked one, because they were almost $16 a bottle. ):

 Orly Space Cadet!
You do not know how excited I was when I found this beauty!

Nyx girls Moonwalk and Under the Moon

 Zoya Opal!
I was looking for Maisie and Chloe too, but they were gone! ):

yummy(:

 A bottle of Seche, finally!

And this is what my collection looks like now:

154-ish usable polishes!

I didn't pay for ANY of those 17 polishes I got. They were all paid for by the boyfriend!

That's all for now<3

Under the Sea!

Do you remember that children's book about the rainbow fish?
I think it was called Rainbow Fish, quite literally..

ANYWAYS, there have been a lot of mermaid/fishy manis coming around, and I like the way they look.  So I decided I would do one too!  Let me tell you something, they can be time consuming. But the results look charming!~

My cuticles were horrid... But anyways, this design was on my right hand. And I'm right-handed. I have no idea why I decided to do a design of this difficulty with my non-dominant hand.  Betcha couldn't tell!

Indoors, no flash, indirect sunlight.

Indoors, flash

Blurry! Look at the sparkle though(:

All of these were painted with 2 coats of an aqua colour that I frankened myself.

For my thumb, I sponged on a gold. Like how the water shimmers!

For my pointer and ring fingers, I did "mermaid slippers," which is basically a gold glitter gradient, starting at the base and fading towards the tips. The gold Color Club's Gingerbread Man.

For my middle finger, I took a medium-sized dotting tool and dotted on blues, purple, and silver in a scaly pattern. Then the tip was a light coat of  Color Club's Gingerbread Man.  And again with the torn up cuticles.  (I know, I know, I have to take better care of them!)

For my pinky, I carefully and very painstakingly used a blue glitter striper by LA Colors Art Deco to freehand more scales.  I then used a small dotting tool to dot each scale with a drop of China Glaze's Snow Cap to add that little touch of mermaid magic in each scale.

No lie, I think I stopped every other row. It took a lot of work.

But the results were worth it!

And finally, one last sunlight pic to 'wave' goodbye to!
You get it? No? Okay.

Arizona Tea!

Ever had an Arizona? The tea. It's so good. And they're only a dollar!

The Green tea with ginseng and honey is my favourite..
Soooo of course they require a mani!

First off, sorry for the blurry pictures.  I used my sucky camera. But bear with me!

 My inspiration:

 And the corresponding mani:

But for my pinky, I did the symbol for "tea"

The bottom one!

And for the second set's inspiration:

From google images, I don't own it.

Arizona Lemon Iced Tea~! Which is my brother's favourite.

Yay~!
